Skate 3 screen freeze

Whenever I try to play skate 3 (on a disc) it freezes my console.

The steps of what happens

"Play Skate 3"

Choose language

English

Logos and stuff

Blackness with xbox menu noise

Has anyone else have this problem? I tried cleaning the disc the best I could, but nothing I see works. I keep trying to find this specific problem, but nobody else seems to have this problem

Does your XBOX360 freeze?

I faced screen freeze problem 2 or 3 times, and it was because of the faulty game discs. But there are some other reasons that make your screen freeze while playing. Overheating is a most common reason. You may have a look in this article that explains it- Xbox Freezing Solutions.

Where's Skate 4 ?EA!?

Srsly... SKATE 3 has and have lot of fans, i still play skate 3 sometimes on my 360 even that I done evreythin possible in the game over and over.

Where's Skate 4 !??

Try installing the game. That may isolate the problem to either the disc or your console. I'd also clear the cache.

My xbox keeps freezing too.... Red solid light but works now... Irritated this girl needs black ops minecraft and skate 3 in her life

LOL. The Skate 3 servers have been screwed since day one of release. Its sadly that terrible.. Its almost impossible to enjoy a single session of online play without the game constantly freezing.

But to answer you question. No. I really doubt EA cares to fix it, they have their eyes set on whatever other project is bringing in more money.

Skate 3 has more problems than Skate 2 did even.. the original Skate. was the only game that ran properly and has fairly well servers... Yet EA has Skate 1 scheduled to have its servers shut down this month so, so much for that.

Maybe when they take the Skate 1 server down they'll start fixing Skate 3s?
