Skate 3 regional problem

I just bought a skate 3 redeem code and when i try to enter it it says that it's not availeble in my region. i tried to set te region and location to US and that didn't work either...

who can help me out ?

Having tried a couple more times the game has now downloaded. I hope it works for everyone else too.

With region locked games your account region has to match your physical location and you have to be in a region where the game is available. If the game is not available in your region, then you will not be able to download it.

Was this token purchased through a 3rd party vendor?

I purchased the coda at gamemania.be and changing the region on my xbox doesnt work

Sorry for the issue with the code. Unfortunately you will have to go back to point of purchase due to the different region. You can try to Contact Us but I fear they will give you the same information I did.

When you go to
Contact Us :

Step 1 ----select Xbox One

Step 2 ----select no thanks

Step 3-----select games

Step 4 ----select request a call from support

Once they call explain thee issue and they will be able to help you.
