    I’m playing on an Xbox series S

    I bought Skate 3 and am trying to play online with a friend who just bought it too.

    My internet connection is solid

    I have the skate share dlc installed

    I have Xbox live gold

    And the game says it connects to ea nation.

    But every time I try to go online it tells me “Your gamer profile does not have the correct permissions to access Xbox live multiplayer functionality”

    I checked my privacy settings and everything looks right, nothing is blocked.

    Anyone able to help or having the same issue??

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

    We will be needing to remove and re-add your Xbox 360 profile on your Xbox Series S so you can successfully play the game again.

    Please follow the steps below:

    1. Load up an Xbox 360 backward compatible game - Skate 3

    2. Press the menu and view button on the controller at the same time to open the Xbox 360 guide

    3. Press "X" to sign out of your account

    You should see an option labeled as "Download Profile" then press "A" to confirm

    4. Enter your Microsoft Account credentials.

    You'll need an Xbox 360 to download and play Skate 2. Only Skate and Skate 3 are BC on the Xbox one.
