Skate 3 online - age ok but will not allow.

I am trying to get my son on Skate 3 online. The "underage" crap thing comes up. His account is the Gold Membership. Mine is not (master account holder). I set his age when he was 1. That was when we got the 360, back in 2005. Cannot access
his account from xbox.com because #1 the website is *** and will not allow you to select a gamertag. #2 All parental controls are off anyway so it should work. Does anyone know what is up????

skate 3 wont go online

I got skate 3 for my birthday yesterday, and whenever I try to go online I'm too young. Yes, I am too young I'm only 12 but my parents allow me to use the online and they said try asking xbox so... please help

 

Skate 3 Servers Are Blocked

This is very illegeal. The people who are suppossed to be watching the skate 3 servers have ignored the many problems. The servers DO NOT work for lots of people, however when you purchase the game, you are promised online service. The skate 3 and skate
2 servers are NOT down, but I still can't my online service. I WANT WHAT I PAID FOR.

The age for each profile is taken directly from the D.O.B entered when the account was created. There's no way to change the DOB once the profile is created.. So if this is what's causing the problem, short of creating a new profile there's no way around
it.

I'm not aware of the specific restrictions for Skate 3 I'm afraid, but I suspect the issue is linked to the profile DOB.
