    Skate 3 - Not working on XBox One


    Basically I used to have an Xbox 360 and I played skate 3 on it. Because of backwards compatibility I could also play it on Xbox one. However every time I put the disc in my Xbox 1 there is a noise the comes from the disc slot ( sounds like a buzzing noise) ad the Xbox doesn't even pick up that there's a disc. However when I use the disc with my 360 then there are no issues and the game launches fine. Does anyone know how to fix this? I have tried with 2 different skate 3 discs and neither of them seem to work.

    Skate 3 is not currently playable on Xbox One back wards compatibility however it is still in the works.

    Unfortunately there is no timeline as to when Skate 3 will be released for backwards compatibility. Hopefully we will see it soon :)

    Hi,

    You'll need an Xbox 360 to download and play Skate 2. Only Skate and Skate 3 are BC on the Xbox one.

    you see, your trying to compare Skate 3 on the Xbox One and Skate 3 on the Xbox 360, they are different things.

    If you want it why not buy it on the Xbox One?

    Hi, no that would not be possible. Skate 3 is not a next-gen game, and it is not possible to download it to your Xbox One. Also, Xbox 360 discs will also not work on your Xbox One.
