Skate 3: Locked, deleted, and banned edition.

Talked to EA about Skate 3, and they have no information on Skate 3 being in the works for Xbox Backwards compatibility.

Why has this game been in the works since November (5 months ago) and the publishers who you claim to have permission from (as stated by several other Microsoft staff members) aren't aware of your plans to add this game to the next generations library VIA
the BC Program?

Why do you not want to offer support, or solutions for this constant problem, and instead brush them under the table and pretend it never happened? This hasn't been addressed, EA doesn't know anything, announced as coming soon that was implied to be launching
before 2016 is still in the works a quarter through the next year with no information, and the publishers you have the permission from and direct us to contact instead of the BC development team don't even know about this games involvement in the program?

The reason for this thread, is to find out why this game, a hand picked title from the 360 library featured with 5 other titles on the main page of the BC program since launch, is still not being developed to work with the program advertised, and to get
it in such a position to actually be worked on, with information such as an ETA, or a statement about what problems you're having trouble with that might make it so the title is indefinitely postponed.

I'm sorry for your frustrations however there is no timeline as to when Skate 3 will be released for backwards compatibility on Xbox One. There was never actually a release date for it when they announced it was coming soon. Hopefully we will see it soon.

 

Actually, there is a timeline. More of a timeline than any other game on the program has. One that came 5 months ago when the program launched, and it got featured on the front page to be the face of the entire program announced as "upcoming titles each
month" Skate 3, box art right below it.

Coming soon, implies sooner than any of the other 360 games unannounced as coming at all.
