Skate 3 down load error

Hey guys, So I have an xbox 1 and im trying to buy skate 3 on the xbox1 but it keeps bringing me back to the home page, does anyone have this problem as well?or know what to do to fix it

I bought the skate 3 and let it down, when I went to open the game, gave this error, please help, I bought it by live

Unable to download Skate 3 after purchase

Hello,

I purchased Skate 3 last year and I am unable to download it. The error I receive is 800700E8. I have deleted all files for Skate 3 from my hard drive, cleared cache, signed out of my account, yet I still receive the error and can't download Skate
3. I can see the game in my purchase and download history.

Hi, you could try a hard reset.

While your console is on hold the power button for ten seconds or until it turns off.

unplug the power cable for 30 seconds or so then plug back in and turn on your console

you should then see the green start up screen and you can try again.

Is there a different Skate 3 that is backwards compatible? Everywhere I look it states that Skate 3 is backwards compatible... It's the third one down on the list of games on the Xbox.com/backcompat. What am I missing?

Woooooow. That really kinda ticks me off, Skate 3 was one of the games that I actually play online a lot. The games barely over a year old and they take the servers down? Yet they leave Skate 2 up?

The dashboard loaded normally. In Skate 3 I was in the middle of playing and the picture just froze the screen didn't go black, I got no error messages, no nothing. The power button was green and so was the power supply. It was weird because everything was
running perfectly last night.
