Skate 3 Backwards Compatibility Issues

I have the Skate 3 disc from Xbox 360, and when I put it into my Xbox one, nothing happens. It doesn't pop up in my queue, and If I go to the Xbox store it says I still have to purchase the game. How can I get my game to install? The
disc is in good condition and should be able to be read. Anyone have a way to fix this issue?

If you try, are you still able to install/play any other backward compatible titles from a disc, on that console?

The Xbox One disc troubleshooter has solutions that can help you troubleshoot that further; can you run through that info and let us know if you see any improvement when installing from that disc?

Is there a different Skate 3 that is backwards compatible? Everywhere I look it states that Skate 3 is backwards compatible... It's the third one down on the list of games on the Xbox.com/backcompat. What am I missing?

Skate 3 is not currently playable on Xbox One back wards compatibility however it is still in the works.

Unfortunately there is no timeline as to when Skate 3 will be released for backwards compatibility. Hopefully we will see it soon

For everyone that keeps asking if the game is backwards compatible:

It's a BC staple and they don't take games off the BC list.

Perform a hard reset on the console by powering it down completely, then press the power button while it's unplugged to reset the cache. Replug back together and then start the Xbox.

I played Skate 3 throughout an entire storm that took out the internet but not the power, so it's not a license thing, but this may help.

If all else fails, contact Xbox Support.
