    Sixteen crashes in one night! New record..... -_-


    So is Microsoft working on a fix for these RAM crashes that our XBox Ones are having?

    I attempted to play various games last night (Tomb Raider, Forza 5, Ryse), and got black screen RAM crashes on each multiplayer lobby I went into. I think on Tomb Raider the record was about sixteen crashes.

    This is getting somewhat ridiculous.

    Hey VakarianGirl,

    Crashes could be indication of several things, and not just RAM.

    Unless it shows some kinda och debug information where data has been corrupted while in memory.

    The amount of error would indicate severe hardware problems, or cooling problems.

    If you haven't tried it already, power off you console by holding the power button down for 5 seconds.

    - Pull the power cord out.

    - If applicable move it to a more ventilated place.

    - Wait a couple of minutes.

    - Plug it in and power back on.

    Try it again.

    If the problem still persists you might want to contact customer support and send the console for repair / replacement.

    I've power-cycled this console until I'm blue in the face - it makes NO difference. I've hardwired the internet connection, I've cleared persistent storage, I've reinstalled games - I've done it ALL.

    Last resort here would be to Factory Reset the console.

    Can you try that?

    If that dosen't work something is clearly wrong with the hardware. I would most definitely call Xbox Support and have the console replaced.
