Site still thinks I am not an xbox live Gold member.

Hello,

The xbox.com site keeps showing join xbox live gold now buttons. While having active gold for some months.

Same at the Games with gold page. Service Rep told me it was normal, everybody has this, is that true?

Redeeming on Xbox site

I redeemed my code on the xbox site. But when I log in to my account on my Xbox, it still says that I am not a Gold member, although when I look on the site, it says that I'm a gold member. I just wanted to make a new Xbox live account. Does anyone know
what to do?

 

Xbox Live Rewards Membership

My Xbox Live membership is Gold and always has been since I purchased my Xbox last month. I recently added another 3 month Gold Membership subscription today. I show up as a Gold Member in Xbox Live site yet I am not showing as a Gold Member in the Xbox
Live Rewards site.....I cancelled my subscription earlier today with Microsoft Billing and then reactivated it using a token code from Microsoft Billing for a 3 month Gold Membership. Once again, I'm showing up as Gold in Xbox Live but not Xbox Rewards...why
is this? How can this be fixed? Thanks

 

You are showing as gold on here.

Have you actually tried clicking on one of the go gold options, just to see what it tells you?

 

Yes, everybody sees the same.

I even get the Go Gold advertisements on my monthly statement and I`ve been Gold for four years

 

As long as you're showing Gold on here and you're still able to get the discounts or the free games with Gold, you're pretty much set.
