So what exactly happens when you click Sign Out? does it log you off or does it still keep you in?

have you tried doing anything with your cookies? I dont recommend clearing all of them. Just go into tools and then options. When you see cookies, select the button to view them or "Show Cookies". When the little box pops up, just enter XBOX onto the search
bar and individually delete the ones for XBOX Forums and other related XBOX.com cookies.

Hopefully that will let you log in with your other account...especially if auto sign in was enabled and the same goes for the remembered email and password features too.

We understand that you're experiencing an issue concerning the inability to view the enforcement action placed onto your account.

When accessing the website, it is always best to try different devices, i.e. phones, tablets, PC.

Different web browsers may also help in case some are not properly loading the website as they should.

Try these suggestions, and if anything as the enforcement website is aligned to your Xbox account, you can also try signing into any other Microsoft/Xbox website and then visit the enforcement website as you'll already be signed in.

Also the page looks the same when you are logged in, the only thing that changes is you can select the buttons after logging in

Try clearing the cache/cookies on your web browser to see if it helps.
