Site Crashes while items in cart and purchasing and goes in a loop to my credit card info...

I like many others I am sure signed in to get the series X and I clicked on purchase now and it went into a visual loop back and forth and was told "Try it again" or "It's a problem on our end". I get an order number and click purchase and I end up in
a continuous loop so I go to text, and then I get on the phone to be told "Well yea was in the cart and you were able to click on it but we're sold out, sorry."? Like it's your site and it's not rocket science that people would be interested in this new console
so why the crash? And those of us who were able to click on purchase and have it in our cart to deal with an error and then be SOL? It's fine if this happened in the 80s but this isn't a new even Microsoft and we deserve some compensation. FFS turn the
button off or at least have enough width for when you open it so when I press purchase I know your business knows what to do next with my money. This is your fault not mine, fix it:
