    I like many others I am sure signed in to get the series X and I clicked on purchase now and it went into a visual loop back and forth and was told "Try it again" or "It's a problem on our end". I get an order number and click purchase and I end up in
    a continuous loop so I go to text, and then I get on the phone to be told "Well yea was in the cart and you were able to click on it but we're sold out, sorry."? Like it's your site and it's not rocket science that people would be interested in this new console
    so why the crash? And those of us who were able to click on purchase and have it in our cart to deal with an error and then be SOL? It's fine if this happened in the 80s but this isn't a new even Microsoft and we deserve some compensation. FFS turn the
    button off or at least have enough width for when you open it so when I press purchase I know your business knows what to do next with my money. This is your fault not mine, fix it:

    Have you tried checking the Store app on the console after ensuring it is updated? Try adding something to your cart and then view cart to see if that then tells you that you have a balance that can be applied from your Microsoft account with any extra then coming from your credit card if you registered one. Good luck and remember to clear the shopping cart if you aren't going to purchase that test item.

    You need a credit card to purchase/download 360 Games with Gold titles. You don't need to pay with it. You just need to have it for verification purposes. You may want to try adding the card info on the desktop site. Also the card info has to match the
    profile info.

    Sorry to hear you're having issues. However, in order to purchase items from a different region your billing info must match the region settings. This means that your credit card must have been issued in Japan.

    Also, please be aware that having funds in your account or having a Japanese credit card does not mean that you will get receipt of an item purchased. Some items are region locked and cannot be downloaded to a region other than where it was originally intended.
