Thanks for the quick response. I am not using a VPN, proxy or firewall in this case. I attempted to use an alternative network and unfortunately the problem persisted.

I understand that you are trying to connect to the Xbox network, and we recognize that. We are trying to get assistance from the support as well, since you are using a PlayStation device. It's just right that we also ask for help from them and see if they can provide you with troubleshooting. If they will refer you back to us, please let us know so we can get additional help.

how would playstation support help in this situation? its your own **** page thats down, i dont think playstation owns sisu.xboxlive.com....
