Hi,

I'm trying to set up crossplay from my PS4 to PC for Minecraft and have followed the instructions to do so, but when I'm redirected to sisu.xboxlive.com the screen presents as below. The entire screen is greyed out and the LET'S GO button cannot be pressed. This is consistent on PC and phone browsers. I've also tried using the QR Code provided in the Minecraft sign in screen but the problem is replicated in the same way.

Which game/feature are you attempting to access?
Is the error appearing for you on PC, mobile or both?

I've given it a few hours as suggested and I'm afraid the same problem remains. Any other suggestions?

Thanks for the quick response. I am not using a VPN, proxy or firewall in this case. I attempted to use an alternative network and unfortunately the problem persisted.

I understand that you are trying to connect to the Xbox network, and we recognize that. We are trying to get assistance from the support as well, since you are using a PlayStation device. It's just right that we also ask for help from them and see if they can provide you with troubleshooting. If they will refer you back to us, please let us know so we can get additional help.

how would playstation support help in this situation? its your own **** page thats down, i dont think playstation owns sisu.xboxlive.com....
