I'm sure the language will be on the box on the back of it. If the customer chooses not to read everything on the packaging, or to do research before they shell out $500 for a product, then they only have themselves to blame at that point. If MS doesn't put
something on the box, then you would have a case, but I'm sure some type of language will be there, or they would be facing lawsuits.
