Sirius XM App?

I know they got xbox music, but as someone who pays for Satellite radio, I think it would be cool to have a Sirius XM app on the X1.. Anyone else agree's?

The Xbox one should have a sirius xm app to use with your sattelite radio subscription that would be awesome, anyone else agree?

Nobody wants to mention the XM and Sirius Radio competition?

Actually that competition is being forced by the government because those companies actually wanted to merge back then.

But then that would create a monopoly which is bad for us consumers.

 

I am with you on that one but if they will not allow Amazon Music then Sirius XM is not going to happen.

 

They might allow Sirius XM as sirius is more like radio than a music service that competes with their own Xbox Music. I wouldn't mind it as it has sports channels, etc that I may listen to while I'm doing stuff around the house or working (work from home).

 

I've been a Sirius subscriber for many years. It would be cool to have the app to snap to while playing. Not a bad suggestion.

 

@Fullhornet. Yeah I thought the same thing that they wouldn't like Sirius XM, cause it competes with their music service, but they allow Redbox, Netflix, Amazon instant and other video stuff that competes with their video marketplace so why not add this
as well?

 

I think it has to do more with Sirius than MS. All of those video services pay MS to have their own service as part of XBL, knowing how many users XBL has. My guess is that MS would be happy to have them, provided they're willing to pay MS a fee, which I'm
betting they're not.
