Sir Lora DLC not being given to people who bought the preview?

Greetings. I would like to ask if anyone else hasn't been given Sir Lora as part of the Divinity : Original Sin 2 pre-order/game preview. It's been nearly 2 weeks and i've not heard back from microsoft as to why they haven't given it to people. Why not?
It's getting very annoying to not have something i'm owed. The best part is you can buy the DLC on the store, but they won't give it to those who're owed it.

No Reward for Buying Divinity: Original Sin 2 While in Game Preview

There was a trailer for Sir Lora the Squirrel saying that if you pre-ordered the Definitive Edition of Divinity: Original Sin 2. I bought the game while it was in Game Preview back in May, because I'm pretty sure there was no pre-order version on Xbox
One. I was wondering if the pre-order DLC has had delayed distribution, or something along those lines. Thanks in advance for helping.

Limbo is being given away to people who bought the X1 early so i dont think it'll be one of the games.
DR3 or Ryse would be a nice surprise

 

Check your messages on the XBOX Console, I have seen some codes get sent directly to the console through the chat.

It could have sent you the codes that way.

Also check by going to the game tile, select setting on the controller, go to manage game, and check the DLC isnt there in the ready to install section.

 

To quote Nigel Powers "this ain't my first rodeo, cowboy" I've done all that. I know where it SHOULD be, but microsoft haven't put it there.
