Microsoft store , xbox abonelik iade süreci

Merhaba , 22 haziranda xbox gamepass aboneliğimi iade talebinde bulundum sipariş geçmişinde iade edildi diye gözüküyordu. Bundan 3 hafta geçtikten sonra microsoft store desteği aradım bana haftaya gelebilir , yurtdışından geldiği için gecikebiliyor gibi
cevaplar alıp bekledim.

Şuan 55 gün geçti ve sipariş geçmişinde gamepass abonelik iadesi de silinmiş görünüyor

İade talebim neden sipariş geçmişinde gözükmüyor ve daha ne kadar beklemem gerekiyor?

In regards to reversing the payment, you would need to submit a refund request.

well, when i try to get to the refund form page, i got an error.

Billing History and see if the account is eligible for a refund.
