    Single User Harrassment from Multiple Seperate Gamertags


    A single user has been harrassing and threatening me from all of his numerous gamertags. This person is a friend who I have since block and is now using things told to him in confidence while we were friends to attack me. He has threatened me, made references
    to my recently deceased mother and has gotten me banned twice in less than a week. I have contacted Xbox Support via phone and online chat (reference number 1361140438) and followed all the advised steps. I reported the threatening messages i have received
    from all of his gamertags, notified support of the gamertags I know this person has access to, and ceased all contact with this individual. During my phone call I was informed that support would be able to determine if these accounts were indeed all tied to
    the same home and/or person and that a console ban may be warranted. I just want the threats and harrassment to stop, and I am reaching out to anyone who can perhaps take a closer look at my claims as this matter is deeply personal and so far Xbox Support
    has felt a bit too inhuman on the matter. Any help at all, please.

    Sorry people are sending you messages. You will need to block these people as well as report them through your console. There are no more free Gamertag changes. If your name is found in violation of TOC then you will get a new auto generated one. Your
    name does not break any creation rules.

    You will need to pay the 9.99 to have it changed.

    Hi,
    I'm looking to get either the Xbox one or the PS4. The console would be used by many different users, at a house that gets rented out, so most people won't be using it for that long. I'm an on and off gamer, and would be fine with either for my own personal use, so it comes down to which is easiest for new users to set up/play and which has the better library of family friendly titles to find something for everyone. I've looked at all the comparisons and read the reviews, but haven't found anything that helps my current situation, so I thought I would ask. Thanks!

    Some people change their gamertags due to harrassment. I know that if I am getting harrassed because of some internet stalker or whatever, I don't want them looking at my gamertag history to see if I am the person he/she is looking for. So while it might
    be nice from a curiosity standpoint that's all that feature would be good for.

    you have to log in to the account that has the xbox game pass on the microsoft store of your pc, once you have loged in then go to the xbox game pass app beta on your pc and log into the account you want to play

    That would work but I've also setup store accounts for my son's so they have seperate profiles. I tried running the app with my login and their store account but it didn't work either. Another gent told me that sharing has not been enabled yet on the pc
    so for now I'm letting them run under my profile.

    Hopefully MS add it soon but thanks for the reply.

    Harrassing other users on the forums is against the Terms of Use.

    Xbox will be giving everyone one more free gamertag change in the near future when they implement the new system.

    The reason they have the price placed on 2nd gamertag changes is to prevent abuse of the changing of GT. As you get some gamers that will change a GT and then harrass and troll other gamers in game and then quickly change their name again to make it hard
    for gamers to find them again. It also prevents duplication of GT.
