    When i sign in to my account on xbox and i click on it it says signing in and then comes up and has a loading symbol and nothing else happens it just has that loading symbol forever.

    I was signed in for about the past 80 minutes or so and I can report that Xbox Live is back to normal for me. You should be able to sign in very shortly.
