    Is what is says when my avatar guy is floating. But it never happens. I've tested my xbox live connection over and over but it says connected. How do I fix this?

    Rest assured, you are not alone. There is a problem with the Xbox LIVE service that is preventing users from signing in. The tech team are aware of the issue and are working to resolve it. Please keep an eye on the below page.



    support.xbox.com/xbox-live-status



    The tech team are updating that page every 30 minutes and will continue to do so until the problem is addressed. You should be good to go from that point forward.

    I was signed in for about the past 80 minutes or so and I can report that Xbox Live is back to normal for me. You should be able to sign in very shortly.
