    @Smwutches your info is not correct in part. To create an account that does not match the region you live is not in violation of the terms of xbox live service. As I warned the gamer, the only issues will occur because China is not yet under xbox live support!

    Will i still be able to buy games that are in the xbox website(Marketplace) in China? I'm more of a single player guy so I wont be using Xbox live much

    That is a distorted information smwutches, because in life there are other priorities and when a console with an account created in UK travels to France yet still wants to maintain the same service that doesn't go against any rule

    It's not recommended to create an account that does not match the region you live in (and is actually a violation of the terms of service and can risk banning). Because you live in a region that is not supported by Live, you will have issues downloading
    content because it won't be available in your region.
