    Since the new xbox one update there is a bug with the profile colors the problem I have and my friends. So I have as color red on my profile and when my friend opens my profil

    he sees a green color and I do the same when I open his profile. Before the new Xbox Update this problem was not?.

    After the new update there are problems with the profile colors. And it is so I have as profile color red and when now my friends or someone else goes to my profile he sees a green color. Before the update, this bug was not yet. Someone has this bug?

    Yes it's a bug. I have it too. Doesn't effect me gaming though since the new xbox one update profile color bug :)

    I'm sure the good people @ Xbox will have it sorted soon.

    Since the xbox Win10 update, I have the same Problem. Deleting Profile, mac adress, nothing helps.

    A new bug and we have just to wait for the fix?

    It was a 4 GB model (Color: black) that we bought about 1 1/2 years ago. It was not a slim model. We did go and replace it with a 500 GB model (Color: black, not slim) today. It seems like we were able to save most of the files on the jump drive that had
    xbox live profiles but not the files of our one offline profile. Thank you for your help! And I was able to install the new update too :)
