Since the latest update, I haven't been able to view my messages on my iPad

So, yeah, basically what the title says. I recently updated my Xbox app on my iPad Mini 2 (Version 1610.1205.1554) a few days ago and ever since then, I haven't been able to view my messages. I can send them but I cannot see my sent messages or the replies
unless it's through my console itself. All I get is the buffering/loading icon. I can use every other feature, it's just the messages section which I use frequently, especially during gameplay without having to divert my attention elsewhere.

Also, whilst on my app during gameplay, if I send someone a message on the game (not through the Xbox feature), the app freezes and until I remove the app or it resets, I'm left unable to continue using the app to my pleasure.

I know this is a forum but this was such a good app and since the last two updates, the app seems to have gone into decline. If this can be directed towards the app creators or someone who has gone through the same and found a way to fix it, that would be
much appreciated. As far as I'm aware, this is the latest version and I have checked myself too.

Unable to view membership info on console.

Problem in subject title. Haven't been able to view subscription information on my console since January. Can view it on xbox.com but on console I get the error message, " Can't retrieve information from xbox live. Please try again later. Status code: 807B01F4".

Since the latest update I cannot send messages via the app on my iPad and neither can my mum on her iPad, we both get:

Unable to send message

However I can send a message via the website.

 

Same problem. Haven't seen a fix yet.
