Policy = messed up!!! I can understand if a player has his friends report him for a free change. If that is the case then just keep record of the ones reporting the name and if they play together its a no brainer and then make them pay. But for the ones
that aren't having friends report it should be free considering they have no say on what other players think of the gamertag.

There's an Xbox Live alert for this. Xbox live is up and running (I'm playing Destiny right now), but the dashboard says you're not connected. But you can still play games, its just the dashboard is messed up.

I had the new dashboard and it was messing up and not connecting to xbox live so I rolled back and now I can't even play my xbox bc it's keeps freezing and not even wanting to load up at all.
