Since Support made me remove my profile, all saves gone.

Hi, I contacted support the other day as my xbox update continued to fail, after xbox support took me through many steps, including clearing cache, removing my profile and attempting to make me uninstall everything(which I refused), it turned out to be their
servers all along. However, I have launched fallout 4 today to a syncing data pop up that gets stuck at 1%, even after several hours, it is still at 1%. After going offline I've noticed that all my local saves have disappeared also. Is there anything I can
do? if not, can anyone point me out to make an official complaint as this support person had no idea what they were doing.

Sync cloud data not working again and again....

Microsoft rep instructed me to remove and re-download my profile, but once I did, my profile pic is gone, my gamerscore is at 0, my friends list is gone and my quick menu on the left side is all jacked up. Anyone else have that?

Is the Achievement not unlocking resolved fully?

There's also a fix that Xbox support helped me with.

Try removing your profile in settings, then redownloading it.

Hi there!

Sorry you're not able to get your saves. Support walked you through deleting everything as saves are all backed up to the cloud. So deleting local saves shouldn't have any impact on your saved provided you play your Xbox online. Now Fallout is a BEAST of
a save, and they're very big. I've seen it take a day to fully sync a Fallout save before. If you have any other games I'd recommend loading that up to see if your Xbox does in fact sync your save correctly.

Same occurrence here! I recently had trouble with logging into gamertags on my Xbox One when offline, so I called Xbox support. The rep had me clear persistent data and also clear the MAC Address before deleting the troubled profile and redownloading it.
I asked him if it would delete any saved data on my local drive, since I do not have access to internet on a regular basis. He assured me it would not delete anything... low and behold all of my saved data is gone on my Xbox! Way to trust support!!! 200+
hrs of Fallout 4 gone, 50+ hrs of Ark gone, and every single other game gone!

Thank you so much. I have since recovered my gamertag and email, but everything is gone. All my games, saved data, profile, everything.
