Since May no achievement in the Xbox One is being released!

My latest achievements on Xbox One have been in May 2016 in Sunset Overdrive after this game I have ever played The Crew, BF 4, Rainbow Six and Batman Arkham Night and the last was played at maximum difficulty and still no achievement was deblocked.

Have performed all the steps contained in this link (https://support.xbox.com/pt-BR/games/troubleshooting/troubleshoot-achievements-challenges), have called for the support of Xbox and still nothing has been resolved. I wanted to know what needs to be done
so that everything returns to normal.

Xbox One Preview Program carnt update

i have being part of the Xbox One Preview Program from when it was released but I have not received a update since 12/2016 and don't no why

 

Achievements broken for me for months

Hello,

I've noticed that since approximately November 2016, I stopped receiving achievements with games on Xbox One. I've verified this with Destiny for example, where one achievement is simply obtaining and equipping an Exotic item (The Life Exotic Achievement).
The game cannot be played without being connected to xbox live, and its easily verifiable. I contacted support but have had no luck.

When you reach section 3 make sure to fill the survey. After that keep playing as normally until the achievements start rolling out.

 

When I made my first contact with Microsoft's support also they sent me this link where I followed the steps and answered the survey and continues without releasing the achievements.

 

The survey goes to the appropriate group that verifies the issue. After submitting the survey keep playing and after a while the achievements will pop up.
