Since latest system update my Xbox One X consol does not work any longer

Hi,

latest system update of my Xbox One X (installed 31.05.2020) leeds to some serious bugs.

Because of error during installtion of latest system update I had to recover factory settings. (Offline update didn't work)

After doing so the consol starts but I am facing several errors (see list below).

1. Consol reacts delayed for any kind of inputs

2. Randomly the consol get stuck e.g. while opening settings and screen is frozen

3. Non of my games can be updated nor it is possible to install new ones.

Installation stopps automatically after approx. 30-60 seconds (500 GB storage space left)

Currently the consol can't be used at all. As I already recovered factory settings I do not know what to do next.

Version installed: 10.0.19041.2494.

Before system update everything was working as expected.

just to be sure, is your Xbox One X console connected to the internet (and Xbox Live)?

Also be sure to check if the console is running the latest dashboard update, you can see the latest version here:
