Since 1806 Preview Update on 28 June 2018 USB External Drive disconnects on use. I removed y console from the Insider Program and the drive started to work fine. Added the console back into the Insider Program and the drive starts to fail again.

This is obviously due to the 1806 update, however if this is not fixed before this update goes to public release, then even taking my console out of the Insider Program won't fix it at that point.

I have logged a problem using the XBOX log problem, 4 times since the end of June, but none appear to be uploading.

Has anyone else got the same issue, and has anyone found a feasible work around.

Entertainment header missing

Are you on the Xbox Insider previews? If so, they are changing it for something else. Can't recall offhand but it's in the release notes from a couple weeks back.

unfortunately I don't think there's a way around it at the moment; hopefully they'll fix it with a new update. you can report the problem here Xbox Insiders

unfortunately no the june update is for external hard drive support for the storing of games only (once the hard drive is formatted by the xbox one when it is first plugged in only games can be transferred to the external drive) so no music and video can
be placed on the drive, but Microsoft have stated that usb drives will be in a future update for video and music play back they just haven't given us a timeframe yet.
