Have you tried a different disc game? Or is the only game disc that you have tried?

When you do the power cycle you do it with the disc inside the console or you removed the disc and inserted during the Xbox start up screen?

Bonjour, j'ai essayé mais rien n'a fonctionné sa me mes toujours ce problème, mes disques sont neufs, les DVD marche très bien, seul les jeux ne marche pas, il m'arrive parfois de devoir remettre le jeux plus soeur fois dans la xbox pour que la xbox détecte
et lance le jeux (mais chaque fois après sa me lance le problème 0x80820003 - 0x1A ) merci de votre aide

Remove the disc from the console, Turn off your console, disconnect your external hard drive and turn the console back on with the external drive still disconnected. Once the it has fully booted to the Home screen, you can connect your external drive again and then try running the disc
