Sin conección a XBOX LIVE

Hola buenas noches, les comento aca en Argentina estamos con el HOT SALE, compre una consola xbox 360 slim con 1 joystick vino con 1 juego de regalo el fifa15 y luego de probar quisimos con mi hijo entrar a xboxlive para ver que cosas habia, he probado
todo tipo de conecciones y todo lo que indica la ayuda de la pagina. Hemos revisado la conección, cables, router, wifi etc. Todo en orden pero cuando queremos entrar a xbox live dice que la consola esta vetada por infringir las condiciones de uso. La consola
tiene horas de uso en casa sin poder hacer mucho, y esto me ha llamado la atención espero me puedan dar una mano, muchas gracias.

Hello! I'm not sure I'm following exactly. When you run the connection test, does it connect to LIVE, or do you see a red X in the test somewhere? Also, is trying to update the console itself? If it is the console itself trying to update, let's try these

Coneccion a xbox live

Mi problema no se si es con internet o ya con la consola:

Lo que sucede es que hace ya mas o menos un mes no logro conectarme a xbox live, pruebo coneccion todos los dias y no me conecta a xbox live y cada vez que me aparece en la tv la actualizacion de sistema no me permite descargarla, me explico, inicia la descarga,
rato despues aparece otra ventana avisandome sobre un problema en la actualizacion que no me permite terminar la descarga. No les miento ya es bastante molesto no poder conectarme a xbox live, los juegos funcionan, pero al no estar con coneccion según la consola
es como si nunca hubiese jugado antes ya que mis partidas no estan y no me lee las partidas guardadas en la misma consola.

Si me pudieran ayudar seria genial, gracias.

Por si es que sirve de algo:

Código de estado: 3F4B - 0000 - 3080 - 0503 - 8007 - 0070 (casi siempre cambian los números pero los primeros 4 siempre están)

It sounds like you purchased a used console, is that correct? If so, unfortunately it sounds like at some point that console received a ban from Xbox Live. You can enter your console's serial number on the
Xbox Live Enforcement site to see if that is in fact the case. If the console is banned from Xbox Live, there is nothing that we can do to lift that device ban as consoles are not
eligible for case reviews. If you recently purchased the console, I would suggest returning to the retailer and seeing if you can possibly exchange it for a different one.
