    Tengo un televisor Samsung UHD JU7500 con 4K. Mi Xbox One X ha estado funcionando en esta resolución hasta la última actualización de enero. Ahora el televisor no reconoce el modo de video. La Xbox dice que el televisor no es compatible.

    After a hard reset to factory defaults, the TV is recognised as 4K and HDR compatible (this is new). Now, games can switch from 1080p to 4K. However, the Xbox dashboard is unable to work at 4K.

    insider forum     as the insiders get updates the general public don't have.

    If you are not enrolled, we recommend trying the
    troubleshoot 4K for Xbox one X and Xbox one S    .

    Por favor cancela la actualización tanto de la aplicación de Xbox como de la Microsoft Store, para que desaparezca de la cola de instalación de ambas aplicaciones. Después de esto realiza la actualización del juego directamente desde la Microsoft Store y verifica si desde ahí se actualiza sin el error.
