Sims Packs Not Seen in Game

I've recently downloaded Sims 4 Expansion Packs from our "Home" Xbox One Console to another console in the home. Those items will show under Games & Apps as recently downloaded, but they won't show as purchased in the Sims 4 game. I've tried resetting
the console, and that did not work. Why can't I see them in the game?

Another question, when playing Sims 4 on the "Home" Xbox One console, the expansion packs are cheaper to buy. Same game on the other console, and they are more. Why?

Hi there,

are you using the account that purchased the packs on that other console? If not then these packs won't be available for other profiles, since they can only be shared on the account that purchased the packs on the account's 'Home' console.

In regard to pricing for the packs, this can be caused by if the account has a Gold or (Ultimate) Game pass subscription, for accounts with Gold or Game pass subscription there can be a discounted price.

Hi JohnnytheP. Yes, you are right. Sims University is an expansion pack to Sims 4, so you do need the main game to use unfortunately.

If you are not interested in purchasing The Sims 4, i would recommend contacting Support and request a refund for the purchase at https://beta.support.xbox.com/contact-us.

Lul at whoever said Shift 2 is a true racing simulator, a very fun game but far from a true sim.

On topic, Yes Forza 3 is a very good game, a very good sim. But i wouldn't get the limited edition if i was you mate. Look for the Ultimate edition as it comes with all the dlc apart from the last car pack. And there is some very good cars in the dlc packs.

I totally understand the importance of getting your Cloths Pack in Sims 4 as soon as possible. Based on the description itself, this is more likely an in-game issue with the Sims 4.
