    SIMS DLC not allowing sign in


    Hi All,

    Just wondering if anyone can help, my daughter has her own Xbox One in her room and plays SIMS 4. Recently I purchased some DLC content for her (Vampires pack), this was done from my account but while I was signed into her Xbox. Initially everything worked
    fine but now SIMS will not let her sign in. If I sign into her Xbox it allows me to open the game.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    hi I don’t know if this has been resolved yet , but if you set your profile as the home xbox it should allow her to use the dlc

    Would you please try to log in into your Microsoft account here: Microsoft account website. If you are getting the same error message, then it would be best to contact our live agents to check your account from their end. However, if you are able to log in to your account with no issues, then you might need to check wit the game developer to report the issue. But before doing so, please clear the cache and data from your browser and restart your computer.

    Flight Sim - Wont allow me to Sign In

    I downloaded Flight Sim. Clicked "lets get you signed in."

    The first time I put in my User information - Password was incorrect so I had to reset password through account.live.com. I closed game out and tried to reopen game. I clicked sign in and after doing so I now get this message "Something went wrong

    There is a problem with your Microsoft account. To fix this, sign in to account.live.com from a browser."

    Would you please provide us with further information regarding this matter. Do you get an error message or error code when you log in to the Microsoft account website on a web browser? Does an error code appear with the error message?

    Hi there!

    Are you trying to buy it using your Xbox console? If so, try to purchase it instead through the web. Just make sure to sign in the correct account where you want to put the DLC before confirming.
