    Sims Add-On Won't Install


    Hello,

    A couple of weeks ago I ordered the Sims 4 Get Famous Add-On. When I manage Sims 4, it shows that it is ready to install. In the Microsoft store, it shows that it is installed but asks me to buy it. In the Sims 4 menu, it shows that I own it but it is not
    downloaded. When I try to install it from the "manage" page, it does not do anything and does not give any error codes. If anyone could please advise me, I would appreciate it!

    Sorry to hear it. I had someone with this problem before. Try powercycling your console by holding the power button on it for 10 seconds till it shuts down. Then restart and check to see if you can install the DLC from the in game menu.

    If you still have trouble you may need to delete the full game and redownload it
