Sims 4 Stuff Pack Purchase

I had purchased a stuff pack for the Sims 4 and everything I look at that would confirm the purchase says I bought it except for when I try to use the pack.

Why is this?

I would go to your account and confirm the purchase at account.microsoft.com

The go to your Sims 4 and go to Manage Games & Apps and make sure the pack is installed.

I’ve done that, but it won’t let me install it. Every time I do, it shows it in the installed and ready to install sections, then when I exit out of that screen, it instantly removes itself from installed.

The Sims 4 Up All Night Digital Content

The Sims 4 Awesome Animal Hats Digital Content

The Sims 4 Life of the Party Digital Content

Also, are you pertaining to The Sims 4 Perfect Patio Stuff? If yes, it can be purchased individually or included on The Sims 4 Fun Outside Bundle – Island Living, Perfect Patio Stuff, Backyard Stuff, Laundry Day Stuff.

Please sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders and then check if you can see the pack stated as "completed"?

Sometimes Digital stuff is cheaper. The Sims 4 expansion packs for PC on EA NZ's website are cheaper than what all retailers here are charging.

Hi JohnnytheP. Yes, you are right. Sims University is an expansion pack to Sims 4, so you do need the main game to use unfortunately.

If you are not interested in purchasing The Sims 4, i would recommend contacting Support and request a refund for the purchase at https://beta.support.xbox.com/contact-us.
