Sims 4 pack clothes not appearing. How do I fix it?

I totally understand the importance of getting your Cloths Pack in Sims 4 as soon as possible. Based on the description itself, this is more likely an in-game issue with the Sims 4.

We highly recommend consulting this directly to Sims 4 community support. Unfortunately, I am not capable in pulling up the Sims 4 support forum due to policy and restrictions, but you can get the page by searching "Sims 4 support" in bing.com or other search engines.

Hi JohnnytheP. Yes, you are right. Sims University is an expansion pack to Sims 4, so you do need the main game to use unfortunately.

If you are not interested in purchasing The Sims 4, i would recommend contacting Support and request a refund for the purchase at https://beta.support.xbox.com/contact-us.

Yes. If it is your home Xbox it will be available for all of the accounts.
