Sims 4 load issue .

there are some problems and xbox has posted a few today on twitter

they are aware and are working to figure out what went wrong

I just tested it on my Series X and was able to load The Sims 4 in less than a minute, and other loading screens (like when travelling somewhere) were even quicker. Try uninstalling and reinstalling the game, or does does the same issue occur with all games on your console?

I totally understand the importance of getting your Cloths Pack in Sims 4 as soon as possible. Based on the description itself, this is more likely an in-game issue with the Sims 4.

So I tried what you suggested:

1. New profile on series X will load the Sims 4 but without access to any paid dlc

2. Main profile on Xbox one will load Sims 4 with dlc

During this test I went back to test main profile again on series X and it let me back in. However this was with no dlc.

When I installed all dlc again it stopped me loading in and booted back to dashboard at the same place.

I am now going to load in each dlc one at a time to see if I can pin point which one is causing the problem and will reply again.

The Sims 3 and The Sims 4. The Sims 4 releases for PC next year. I have The Sims 3 and Sims 3 Pets for 360. I will get Zoo Tycoon for XB1 since I've already played the PC version. I have Tropico 4 but hardly play it. Maybe Sims City that game recently released
for PC?
