Sims 4 game pack won’t install

Would you please try the following solutions and check the game pack again.

Clear Mac address: Settings > Network Settings > Advanced Settings > Alternate Mac Address > Clear it and the console should restart.

Clear the local saved games :Settings -> System -> Clear local saved games -> restart.

Reset your console: Select System > Settings > System > Console info > Select Reset console > Choose Reset and keep my games and apps.

Note =>The "Reset and Keep my Games and Apps" option will not cause losing your games, but please be aware that you need to be completely aware of the email address as well as the password of your account before going for it because it will require you to sign in to the account.

Download the game from Manage game & add-ons:

In the games list, find the game Sims 4, press the Menu button on your controller, and then select Manage game & add-ons, from there please click the game icon and click "Install All". It will install all the packs available.

For cases like this what we initially need to perform power cycle in that way once you check your games and add-ons the pack will be visible for you to install.

Kindly quit the game and follow the steps below:

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE​​​

​​​

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​

GAMES AND ADD-ONS

In your games list, focus on your game Sims 4, press the Menu button on your controller, and then select Manage game & add-ons, from there please click the game icon and click "Install All". It will install all the packs available.

I would go to your account and confirm the purchase at account.microsoft.com

The go to your Sims 4 and go to Manage Games & Apps and make sure the pack is installed.

Strange. I’ve had VIGOROUS for months now.

I literally deleted the above 4 packs, hard restarted my Xbox, launched the game and it downloaded a playlist update and it worked.

Try deleting the “Multiplayer Pack” (6gb) from manage game and addons, then restart, launch the game, go to game settings>general>game installs and install the Multiplayer pack from there. You won’t be able to find it in “manage game and addons” until it’s installed BTW.

I totally understand the importance of getting your Cloths Pack in Sims 4 as soon as possible. Based on the description itself, this is more likely an in-game issue with the Sims 4.
