    Sims 4 Error code 0 on Xbox One?


    I’m not sure what happened but my manual save was completely wiped but fortunately it was the last thing under my auto save. I tried resetting my Xbox but then when I reopened the auto save file all the photos I had on the walls were blank and now I can’t save anything whatsoever.

    For me, it is an honor to write to you and try to help you in any way possible, for my part I will do my best to try to solve any questions/problems you are presenting.

    I'm sorry that you are going through this problem, something similar happened to me a couple of weeks ago and the solution I found was to select the save as option and give it a random name since the file had a lot of numbers and by doing this, I solve the problem.

    You can also try clearing your cache by turning off your console. You can turn off your console and then unplug it for 60 seconds. After that, you can plug it back in, turn it on, and try to access the game again.
    Another and only option left is to reinstall the game.

    Does anyone know what error code 0x903f8001 is? I loaded the Sims 4 last night on my Xbox One and I have gone to play it today and this error code comes up. I have gone to the XBox error site and there is no known error code. Any answers or suggestions
