It seems that you haven't received an email confirmation for your Sims 4 code purchase. Let us help you by providing information on what to do so that you can install the game in your Xbox One console.

If we may ask, did you purchase it through Microsoft Store? Did you see the game purchase show up in your order history?

To check if the game was successfully purchase, you can sign in your Microsoft account through this link: https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders If the game already showed up there, you can check the game in your console and start downloading it.

To download the bundle to your Sims 4 game, please follow these steps:

1. On your Xbox One console, go to the Home screen and select "My games & apps."

2. Find The Sims 4 game and select it.

3. Scroll down to "Ready to install" and select "See all."

4. Find the bundle add-on packs you purchased and select "Install."

5. Wait for the download and installation process to complete.

Once the installation is complete, you should be able to access the new content in your Sims 4 game.

I totally understand the importance of getting your Cloths Pack in Sims 4 as soon as possible. Based on the description itself, this is more likely an in-game issue with the Sims 4.

We highly recommend consulting this directly to Sims 4 community support. Unfortunately, I am not capable in pulling up the Sims 4 support forum due to policy and restrictions, but you can get the page by searching "Sims 4 support" in bing.com or other search engines.

The Sims 3 and The Sims 4. The Sims 4 releases for PC next year. I have The Sims 3 and Sims 3 Pets for 360. I will get Zoo Tycoon for XB1 since I've already played the PC version. I have Tropico 4 but hardly play it. Maybe Sims City that game recently released
for PC?
