    simply rewarding


    I have spent the required £36 in 2 transactions (one for £28 the other for £35.99 both on the 14th March) for "simply rewarding" in xbox live rewards but the 6,000 rewards credits isn't showing in my account, I know it says to wait at least 96 hours but
    by count its been 6 days which is 144 hours.

    I bought both a 20 dollar season and a 60 dollar halo 2 game on xbox. I do not see my rewards credit anywhere and am fairly certain it is past the 96 hour time frame. Any ideas?

    If you opted into the offer, it takes 96 hours for purchases to update on the website. 96 hours from Monday evening would be Friday evening.

    Staff will review and reply if there is any unforeseen issue. They work Monday - Friday from 9am to 5pm PST and take 1-2 business days to reply.
