    I bought both a 20 dollar season and a 60 dollar halo 2 game on xbox. I do not see my rewards credit anywhere and am fairly certain it is past the 96 hour time frame. Any ideas?

    If you opted into the offer, it takes 96 hours for purchases to update on the website. 96 hours from Monday evening would be Friday evening.

    Staff will review and reply if there is any unforeseen issue. They work Monday - Friday from 9am to 5pm PST and take 1-2 business days to reply.

    Keep in mind that credits should show as pending about 96 hours after you complete the offer. If it's been over 96 hours, you'll want to post in the support section of this forum so they can check into it for you.
