Since your purchase of Mass Effect Andromeda was made last month, it was not made within the offer period, and was therefore not eligible for this offer. Only purchases made during the offer period of an offer are eligible for that particular offer. Since
Simply Rewarding began in March, February purchases are not eligible.

For help with the Rewards program, it's best to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions support forum. The amount you need to spend would depend on the region your account is set for. If your Rewards account is set for the US, you would need to spend $60USD.
If your account set for Canada, you would need to spend $64CAD. The program will not recognize purchases made outside of your region.

Simply Rewarding was an offer in the month of March that awarded 6000 Credits for 36 GBP in spending. That offer required the user to opt in to the offer by clicking the MyMissions link or via an email message. Since you opted in to this offer, your purchases
for that month went towards that offer. As mentioned in your previous post, purchases cannot be awarded twice, so your purchases went towards progressing that offer and not any MyVIP payback. Since you did not complete the offer, you did not receive any completion
Credits.
