    "Simply Rewarding" not awarded


    Hi,

    I was directed to post to this forum by a support agent. Hopefully this is the right place!

    Despite having activated the "Simply Rewarding" offer and making a purchase, I have not yet been awarded my 6000 rewards points for this offer. I'd be very grateful if this could be rectified.

    (Not So) Simply Rewarding

    I activated the mission entitled "Simply Rewarding" in which it would reward 6000 Microsoft points upon the purchase of $60 worth of games. I then preceded to purchase For Honor and STEEP totaling up to $89, and I have not received my rewards. I made these
    purchases on March 3 and March 12 respectively.

    (Not So) Simply Rewarding

    Hello Derpsterr,

    The Credits for that offer have been pending in your account since the 15th. Keep in mind that it takes us up to 96 hours to receive and process new activity. You can review your pending Credit amount from the MyStatement on the MyRewards page.

    The Credits for that offer have been pending in your Rewards Account since the 7th. This leads me to believe you may not be up to date on how the Rewards program operates. While this is explained in detail on our FAQ (Xbox Live Rewards),
    essentially, we first place Credits into your account as pending before we can process them for deposit into your account as actual currency. Since it takes time to process these Credit events for deposits, and we deposit on a bi-monthly cycle (around the
    middle and end of the month), a general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit the following month. Since
    your Credit event was placed as pending in your account on the 7th, it will be a part of the end of month deposit coming up shortly. For reference, all Credit and deposit events can be viewed from your MyStatement section on the MyRewards page at (Xbox Live Rewards).

    As Smwutches says, only physical disc purchases from MicrosoftStore.com are eligible for the Ghost Recon offer. Since your purchase was digital, it was not eligible for this offer. However, it should award a Games on Demand punch and complete your Simply
    Rewarding offer. Unfortunately, we are currently experiencing a delay in processing. We can see that you have been awarded a Games on Demand punch for this purchase. you should see the Credits from Simply Rewarding in the next 1-3 days. Apologies for the delay.

    We can confirm that this purchase was awarded with a Games on Demand punch, but did not progress your Simply Rewarding offer. We are investigating why this occurred. Apologies for the inconvenience. We'll update this thread once we identify and resolve this
