    i cant take my credit card off my account

    help i need to take my credit card off my acount, but everytime i click remove it says i cant remove it.

    having problem changing my credit card

    You need to add a new credit card to your acount first then you can remove the old one as long as it isnt tied to your gold live membership

    simply remove my old acount

    accounts cannot be deleted when they are created sorry plus you should not post personal info like emails this is a public forum anybody can see this post and harass you over that email.
