    What kind of Blu-Ray discs are being used for games available as a physical disc (Single layer,Dual layer or BD-XL) ?

    if you were unaware of your suspension on an you didnt know what you did an the enforcement team never replied within the time frame, who would you know what you did wrong. For example:

    If received message via email stating that suspension during xbox live communication and the customer lives in New Zealand.

    1. The Kenetic has not yet had fully been updated (kenetic is only activated with Hand Gestures and Party Chat)

    2. The Customer does not have a headset

    Now in this case how would you resolve this issue to a customer for suspension due to communication on xboxlive. explain please with a verdic.

    Xbox One discs are Dual Layer BD-ROM discs 50 GB, which is pretty much standard now. In addition, the One S and the One X can also read UHD Blu-ray feature film discs. Neither the One S or One X can read BDXL discs, I don't know enough about the hardware
    to say for sure if this is due to a hardware or software issue. Note that despite the similar storage capabilities, UHD Movie Blu-ray discs are factory pressed, while BDXL is a writable format largely for burning discs with a PC.

    Despite the One S and the One X's ability to read UHD discs, they will not be used for Game media.

    Unfortunately the only real western game out that I can think of is definitely not kid appropriate. I found a pretty good guide here for a few suggestions. https://www.windowscentral.com/best-xbox-one-games-kids

    Support site     to speak live to a Microsoft employee through online chat. That may be a quicker option than waiting for a call-back.

    If you have been suspended or banned from Xbox Live for any reason, you can inquire as to why over at the support forums, which can be found if you CLICK HERE. I hope this resolves your issue. ;)
