SILVER????

Discus and support SILVER???? in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I am at level 62 in BINGO, have completed all collections in BRONZE. I started over in France and I was SILVER.     SILVER????


    I am at level 62 in BINGO, have completed all collections in BRONZE. I started over in France and I was SILVER. All was fine until I completed Germany. I moved to Brazil and I am BRONZE again there and any of the rest of the collections. I reset Xbox, I
    uninstalled Bingo and reinstalled it. Nothing.....I have over 10,000 coins. What is wrong?????

    It is a very new game so it might be a bug in the game. I would contact the publisher and see what they can do. Also, you could try calling xbox customer support to inquire on a refund.
