Silver subscription but i have Gold

    Silver subscription but i have Gold


    Hello, if i look in browser to Subscriptions page in says:

    "Xbox Live Gold

    1 Month Xbox Live Gold

    Renews On:
    21/02/2015Cancel automatic payment"

    If i click Cancel automatic payment it says:

    "You Currently Have: Xbox LIVE Free: Xbox LIVE Silver Membership RENEWS: 17/02/2015
    AUTOMATIC RENEWAL: ON OFF"


    So, what is this, do i have free gold or what? i paid for this months gold but i dont want it anny more. I do not want Microsoft to charge me afterwards for their bug.

    Problem with gold

    I activated month of trial xbox gold subscription from my PC. On PC in subscriptions i see that i have gold, but on my xbox - i'm silver. Why?

    Silver is just an account without a gold subscription. So if you haven't purchased a gold subscription, you already are silver.

    As mentioned, Silver is the free level. If you don't sign up for an Xbox Live Gold subscription then by default you will have a free silver account .

    Trials can only be added to a silver/free membership. They will not stack with a gold subscription because they are not a full gold subscription.

    I can see that your profile have change, from Gold, to silver.

    Do you have a provider-specific subscriptions for Netflix? If not, then I would assume that this can be caused by the fact that your gold subscription has come to an end.
