Discus and support Silver Membership but I'm still able to play Battlefield 4 Online? in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; So a few days ago I put in my BF4 disc and a message popped up saying to renew my xbox live gold membership, I hit close and let the game load.     So a few days ago I put in my BF4 disc and a message popped up saying to renew my xbox live gold membership, I hit close and let the game load. Just being curious I tried a quick match into a Team Deathmatch and it worked. So later I tried netflix thinking
    I still had xbox gold membership but it never worked, but BF4 is still working to this day. NBA 2k14 wont work online either, just BF4. Not sure if this is part of another BF4 player appreciation thing or that BF4 is just free to Silver members... I'm not
    complaining but I'm just super curious!

    XBL Gold Pass not passing on to Xbox.com My Account?

    I have realised that in My Account it says that I only have a Silver membership in Xbox LIVE when in fact I just activated a 2 day XBL gold pass today. I don't know what is going as I am also not able to play online with Battlefield 3 and also MW3, BO2 and
    Halo 4. I'm not sure if these two issues are connected so I hope someone will help me out with this. Please do and if so cheers!

    My profile can connect to Xbox live but i can't play online.

    Do you have a gold membership? If you have the silver (free) level membership, you are not able to play online.

    Sorry. I don't know what else to tell you. The only times you can play online with a silver account is if you're using a 48 hour trial card or it's a free gold weekend. Otherwise you have to have a gold membership. I'm not sure if there was a glitch on your
    account or something that shows you as silver, but as a silver member you're not supposed to be able to play online.
